Welcome to SalesLeadPro ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, software, platform, and tools (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

1. Use of the Services

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use our Services. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Account Registration

To access most features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Subscription & Billing

SalesLeadPro is offered on a subscription basis, with plans that may include monthly fees, per-user pricing, or usage-based billing.

Free Access Offers: From time to time, we may offer limited-time free access to select users or industries.

Mastermind Programs & Add-ons: Optional paid training and services, such as mastermind workshops or setup services, are subject to separate pricing and terms.

Refunds: All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Usage Fees: Charges for usage-based services (such as AI messaging, voice calls, or SMS) are billed separately.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

Misuse the Services or use them to send spam or unlawful communications.

Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform.

Upload viruses or malicious code.

Use the AI Employee in a way that violates consumer protection or data privacy laws.

5. AI & Automation Tools

You acknowledge and accept that:

Our AI tools, including virtual AI Employees, operate based on prompts and scripts provided or approved by you.

You are responsible for verifying all AI responses and ensuring compliance with applicable laws.

We do not guarantee the accuracy or legality of any AI-generated output.

6. Data & Privacy

We do not share your CRM data with other clients. You are the owner of your customer data, and we act solely as a processor.

7. Integrations & Third Party Services

SalesLeadPro integrates with third-party tools (e.g., Gmail, Outlook, Zapier, Stripe, Square). You agree to comply with the terms of those providers when using their services through our platform.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SalesLeadPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the revised Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or dashboard notification.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
